How much AI
for how much?
A running agent burns tokens, and that costs money. Rather than selling you AI separately, we put a comfortable allowance in every plan and show you the meter in real time.
One credit, one run
However long the context, one agent run costs one credit. Simple maths, readable at a glance.
Billed on actual use
The agent calls the model only when it has data to process. The rest of the time it goes back to sleep, and your credits stay intact.
The meter is visible
Consumption per agent and per user is shown in the product. You see which agent is expensive well before the invoice.
Your agents keep running
We warn you at 80% and the service stays whole. If your usage sits above the plan for good, we talk it through with you before any adjustment.

Why are the AI agents included rather than sold separately?
Because a CRM earns its keep when it works for you, and billing AI on the side would mean charging twice for the same product. Every plan ships with a credit allowance sized for real daily use.
What happens if I go over my credits?
Everything stays flexible. You get a warning at 80% of your allowance, your agents keep running, and if the overage sticks around we look at it together: an agent to retune, or a plan to move up. We talk it through with you before charging anything.
Can I change plan mid-year?
Yes, in both directions and at any time. An upgrade is prorated over the remaining days; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Changing plan is free.
Is there a commitment?
Monthly is commitment-free and can be cancelled from the interface. Annual saves you 20%, a two-year commitment a further 10%. The choice is yours, and we remind you of every renewal date in advance.
How does migrating from HubSpot or a spreadsheet work?
The importer reads HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce exports, plus any clean CSV. Contacts, companies, deals and notes arrive with their history. And if the file needs cleaning up, that is exactly what onboarding covers.
And if I want to leave?
You export everything, at any time, entirely on your own: contacts, companies, deals, notes, files and agent history. The REST API does the same continuously. Your data stays yours, from the first day to the last.
